Our love was powerful like a rap video.
All saturated colors, too much green & dancers marching
rhythmically down the rain-soaked streets of Any Urban City.
But, she kissed like a lesbian–
all tongue & teeth like a dig.
My gums were sore afterwards &
I didn’t need to brush the Jack Daniel’s out.
